Understanding Our Refund Policy
At Femz Health, we strive to provide the best possible care. This section outlines our general principles for refunds and rescheduling of services.
Hourly Services
For hourly services, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Bundled Services
Bundled services may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the next scheduled session without penalty. Refunds for bundled services are available if requested before the commencement of the second session, subject to a deduction for the first session at the standard hourly rate.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for cancellations made after the service has commenced. Femz Health reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Exceptions and Limitations
While we strive to accommodate our clients, there are specific situations where refunds are not applicable. These exceptions are in place to ensure fairness and sustainability of our services.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- No-shows or failure to be present at the scheduled service time.
- Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
- Violation of our service agreement terms.
