  • The client (you) owns the camera.

  • You may:

    • Provide your own TP-Link Tapo C110 camera, or

    • Purchase one through us — we’ll deliver and install it for you.

 

  • All video recordings are stored locally on the MicroSD card in the camera.

  • Femz Health does not store, access, or back up any footage.

  • We do not save or collect your personal data.

  • Only authorized Femz Health staff — with your prior consent — may log in to check the live camera feed.

  • You control access at all times and can revoke permission.

  • We never record without your knowledge or permission.

  • Femz Health does not contact 911 or emergency services.

  • If something seems concerning, we will notify the primary contact person listed in your consent form.

  • You may cancel remote monitoring at any time.

  • We’ll guide you through removing access and deleting any shared login credentials.
